Nopera Bay Golf Club

Situated on a working farm, this 18 hole course has electric fences around the greens to keep the lambs and other animals off. As well as sheep and cattle, you will see Pukeko’s, weka’s and wild ducks. You’ll be excused if you forget your golf when you get to the top of Robb’s Knob and admire the view - it’s stunning. Or even when you stop to watch a plane land and take-off on the Nopera Airfield, which is right alongside the golf course.
Green fees are $10.00.
Club hire available.
Club days: Saturday & Wednesday - 10am start (ladies and men)
Visitors welcome.

Sounds Air coming in to land

See where we are on the map from Pelorus Promotions and then zoom into the Kenepuru Sound.

You can drive on the scenic drive around the Kenepuru Sound from Picton or Havelock, it will take you about 2 hours.

By boat, either your own or by water taxi. If you have your own boat you can moor at St Omer.

Fly in by either Sounds Air onto the adjoining airstrip, or by the Picton Float Plane Service. This is an amazing way to see the Sounds, have a day out and play golf.

The golf club also offers overnight parking for caravans and motor-homes.
